A fundraiser took place in the Silver Tankard on friday Nov 18th in aid of the Senior Citizens christams party for our community ,which incidently takes place in the community centre on sunday november 27th.
The quiz itself was compared by Martry man adopted from Cavan Michael Reilly a real living legend in local quiz folklore ,due to his faireness and equality of questions .He is right and thats that only joking .
Poorly supported only 8 teams but thoses who attended raised 500 plus euro .But those who came enjoyed the night and thanks to Marie and team for more lovely finger food.
